      Pay is decent, some co workers are fabulous

      If it weren’t for double standards, this place would have no standards. The so called “ policies” exist only if you’re not part of the in crowd, otherwise they overlook them.

      Independent hospital that doesn't receive any tax/money from the local government so hard to grow and compete with other hospitals within a 30 mile radius.
