They will monitor your all activities , you have to share ur screen whole day, if the screen is disconnected you will get a msg "Ur screen is disconnected" The lunch break is only of 30 mins , if you take more than this you will get a msg that "are you on break , why you are not back yet. they will give you so much pressure that you have to work on sunday too The starting time is from 10 am and it will go upto 9-10 pm , You will be working almost 12 hours a day. Hobo's founder bishakha is so rude , she need profit only. No growth in this company, I was woking 12 hours a day with 8k salary.
