      Work- Life balance seem to be taken into consideration by management. Creative environment for like minded people. Higher beginning hourly wage than most retail establishments.

      Stress Free Job, AWESOME Management. They work with your schedule. I absolutely love working there.

      Cons

      Only thing I can say is just need more hours and wish they gave raises yearly, other than that it's a great place to work.
