      Pros

      Benefits. 401K, medical and work life balance are outstanding.

      Cons

      Company values? At least as a lower level employee, there is no culture. I do my job and get paid, I'd be happy to be a part of a bigger picture but after a few years I've yet to receive the invitation. Many people at my level are forced to look elsewhere for a company offering more promise for a future.
