Observations within the workplace suggest that employees who are well connected receive more support and recognition, while others may struggle to receive guidance when needed. Workloads can increase significantly without adequate support, often framed as development opportunities. Interactions with upper management, particularly in the Pleasanton office, feel inconsistent with the organization’s stated values.
