Pros
First off - the employee-management communication level is awesome. I love being able to talk to management and have them actually listen and care. I feel as if most business don't have that much support for their employees; but here, management really does take into account what you have to say, and always has some great feedback to offer. On top of onsite management being top notch, how many people in a company can say that they are/have been actually trained by the CIO? Not many, I can tell you that. It's so great to be able to talk so freely to the owners/upper management and have them show you the ropes and help out on things that someone may need help with.
My next favorite thing would probably be the people I work with. Everyone is very laid-back and no one causes any problems. It can be quiet at times, but that's because everyone is dedicated to his or her work.
Finally the office itself is great. It's been remodeled to a more spacious floor plan, so while you may have someone in close-ish proximity, you have the privacy needed to make business calls, or attend online meetings without disturbing anyone around you.
This is a fantastic place to work, and I encourage anyone interested to apply!
Cons
With any business in the process of scaling up, there can be some growing pains, but it's just part of the process.
