There are no clear benefits here. It would be better to ask HR more questions about the job. This is a startup with no employees, and they are struggling to pay salaries on time. They keep sending emails saying there are no funds and that payments will be processed once funds are received, which creates a lot of confusion about the company. Discussing these issues doesn’t seem useful. It may be better to leave and look for opportunities elsewhere, where stability and growth prospects are stronger.
