Unlimited overtime . If you need the money go work 6-7 days a week and then get out of there.
Cons
False promises of promotions/increase in pay. Zero recognition for hard work. Looked upon as slaves, forced to work Saturday’s when they need extra work done. Absolutely no care for the health of its employees who inhale/ingest toxic alloys. Pushy....asking for more and more work to be complete, yet no thanks, or pat on the back. Benefits are minimal, for a company who is one of a kind and making more than millions monthly that is very sad considering the company is running of its hourly workers, yet they are treated as slaves. 10 hour shifts leave you with no time after work to get anything done. Should be optional to do 4 days of 10 hours or 5 days 8 hours rather than mandatory 4 days.
