Recent pay increase isn’t going to help…stay away!!!
- Not enough external business experience: too many lifers at the company.
- Very old/antiquated ways of thinking
- Opposed to change
- leadership is too involved in the day to day
- no employee focus at all
- benefits are expensive
- minimal time off (one bucket including vacation, sick time etc) of 15 days
- salaried employees are paid 1x a month
- new HR team is moving 1000000 mph without a direction
- nepotism runs rampant, cronyism at its best
