Pros
The only pro is some of the people on the floor that you get to work with.
Cons
Where do I begin? There are so many cons to this place. Favortism is rampant, They accommodate those who barely work their scheduled shifts but cant accommodate someone whos been here for 30 plus years who never asks for anything. They give recognition to those who can barely perform their actual.job tasks. Like yes, employee of the month for showing up for your scheduled shifts but screw the people who willingly come in for over time and go above and beyond to make the floor run smoothly. Or yes let's give employee of the month for notifying maintenance that a light bulb needed changing. Not to someone who got a whole extra line up and running for the company. Their priorities are on those who do the below the bare minimum and not those who actually help the company move forward. Management is for lack of better terminology a cult. HR is no better. The ammount of thigs that can be heard about employees is rediculous. They placate you when you come to them with a genuine concern or request
