      Good career advancement, can learn many things throughout the project. Received a good guidance from tech lead and supporting team members. There are monthly club activities that you can join for free.

      Cons

      Depends on project, sometimes the workload quite a lot.. Sometimes may need to OT on weekdays and weekend....

      - FG best place for learn lol - Onsite

      Cons

      - Management set unrealistic KPI - Weird management between Indonesia and Malaysia - HQ employee get everything better. - A lot PM cant do his/her work - Salary review not objective - As programmer we forced to tracking our attendance and you not allowed to go home on time.
