      Benefits are average, and work experience is highly team dependent. A good team makes the job enjoyable, but a poor one can make it very stressful.

      No growth, turnover rate is high, for junior it's not a good place to start

      - FG best place for learn lol - Onsite

      Cons

      - Management set unrealistic KPI - Weird management between Indonesia and Malaysia - HQ employee get everything better. - A lot PM cant do his/her work - Salary review not objective - As programmer we forced to tracking our attendance and you not allowed to go home on time.
