Pros
- Great exposure especially for fresh graduates. Will learn a lottt here, everyone also being helpful and have a good team player. - Depends on the project, sometime they often treats their stuff with free drinks and foods. - Company often organise some activities by ebFunClub like cinema, paintball, gokart etc. Once a year also will have company trip (sometime overseas!) - Have increment and bonus every year (but also depends on project budget lol)
Cons
- Some project will ask their QA to OT every weekend, and during public holiday. Without replacement leave, only get paid by hour. - career advancement as a QA here also quite slow if you don’t have a good boss to help you in your career.
