Nothing positive to say. Only good thing is that if you dont want to put much effort into your working time this company is right for you. Good performance is not honored but bad performance is also not fined. To clarify: The company is living somehow so far because of a very few top-performers and the good storage line up

First of all those faked 5-star positive ratings that startet to appear when the raiting of the company was already down to 2.4 Common few 5-stars raiting on the same day? Hitachi Vantara Marketing you can do better! Second the Management is very low-end. It very often happend that the managers disappeared for weeks and didnt attend any meetings or important appointments. Of course without any excuse. Some manager also dont have any expertise and try to lead teams, very interesting approach. Third: This new name image and we are making IoT seems more miss then hit. There are not right people or products to deliver! They hire 60+ people for IoT. And the last and worst point: No carrer path for people and no one cares!
