Cons

They are proud of giving equal opportunity to men and women. Most women are in secretarial jobs and technical jobs are filled in by men. Japanese are the priority When they say there's opportunity for growth they mean you can grow from a receptionist to a secretary! There is no plan for training skilled workers.

Pros

Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

Cons

Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.

Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
