Pros
Each team I have worked on has been very interested in teaching me and setting me up for success. There is a large emphasis on maintaining early career talent, so this position is highly regarded throughout the company. It's a great way to gain exposure to high level positions that normally aren't available to young professionals. This company also does care about employee wellbeing and managers seem to be flexible when it comes to work-life balance.
Cons
Certain managers do not necessarily know about the program when they sign-up to get a Power+ Graduate on their team so positions can range widely on type of work for the Graduate. Some positions seem to be more housekeeping tasks that managers don't want to do, which doesn't really add value to the Power+ Graduate's career development while other roles allow the Graduate to have high visibility and high impact. But it can be difficult to tell the difference based on the list.
