Pros
I faced a tragic family loss just after signing my offer for HiredScore. I officially began with the company at the very beginning of 2023 and immediately felt supported before I was even fully onboarded and technically a part of the team. I cannot express how humbled and grateful I am to have experienced such thoughtful gestures before having even had the opportunity to meet everyone. I knew at that moment I had made the best decision I could've made which was accepting my employment offer. In my opinion, the HR and Executive team goes above and beyond to show employees that they are appreciated and valued with kind gestures and gifts to keep everyone connected. The company makes it a point to stay involved in the big events happening in our personal lives, to extend the support beyond the scope of employment. "Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle." - Steve Jobs
Cons
I have not actually experienced any 'cons' for this company. I think with all start-ups- there is a lot of work to do- people are excited and wearing multiple hats with versatile skill sets.
