      Pros

      HBM does a terrific job marketing their staff to favorable work environments. The HR department also does a splendid job to assure that the staff has access to benefits and answers all questions in a timely manner. I have recommended friends of mine to Matrix.

      Management does a fine job.

      Pros

      I love how involved they are in the process of hiring and even after accepting the job offer, they’re great to work with and give me peace of mind.
