Pros
Honestly, there weren't many pros. I'm truly struggling to think of even one.
Cons
- NO HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE. No understanding of the industry or the candidates that we were working with. It was a battle to get them to even allow for weekly per diems for the candidates (industry standard, obviously) - No clients. We had maybe 5 workable jobs at once, and they were barely workable. They were all in undesirable locations, with undesirable pay. They didn't see the benefit of attempting to extend into other VMS systems or direct clients (again, the lack of healthcare industry experience). - Utilizes JobDiva as their ATS system, and it's truly horrible. Makes sourcing and outreach so much harder than it has to be. - Overall, I was disappointed with leaderships actions for the creation of this division.
