Pros
- You can pick your hours (within reason). - Overtime opportunities. - Bi-weekly staff breakfasts & staff appreciation days.
Cons
- Management were very unfriendly and unhelpful. - This job basically expects you to be a private investigator on minimum wage. - Management gets mad if you use the washroom or grab coffee before your shift because you are wasting work hours (we got an office-wide email about it). - Probationary period was really long, about 5 months, and if you were not performing to their standards they would just keep extending it.
