Cons
Tough industry, you need to put in effort daily to get the results you want Ongoing training and exposure to new systems to keep up with the recruitment trends, if you want to use the same system for years, then this is not for you. Ongoing performance management throughout the year and daily deadlines/tasks to fulfill, if you're someone who can easily fall behind with tasks and feel easily overwhelmed, then recruitment is not for you. Very independent work, you determine your results, this can sometimes lead to burnout sessions or feeling like you don't know where to start. Requires extreme organizing and admin skills, you'll need to be able to handle various boards and admin systems daily and keep them up to date. Minimum employee benefits, but working from home definitely makes up for that.
