Pros
Boutique agency, they value client and candidate relationships and put more weight on that vs. how many candidates you are submitting or how many calls you are making. White glove service, not transactional like other staffing agencies. It's how they've been successful for so many years!
Cons
You have to make placements or else you won't last too long, but I think that's with any recruitment firm. They hire the best of the best.
