Pros
- Great leadership, the Owner genuinely tries to make it the best work place possible for his employees with a proper work/life balance. There is a no crunch culture in place and so far they mean it.
- Supported by a great team, kudos to everyone involve in the hiring process (CEO, HR, team leads, etc). Super friendly and serious about finding the right fit for the team. HR department do listen to employees opinion. Zero ego and no toxic gaslighting behavior displayed by anybody in the company.
- Genuine team effort, everyone contributes to make the best product possible. Easy to communicate with team members and everyone is willing to help one another. There is also a desire to grow and improve constantly which is a great.
- Pretty flexible with hours (there is still a core working hour in place but that time frame is pretty generous), can work from home or from the studio. As long as you are responsible with your task there are no worries of being chased down for results.
- Conscientious, particularly when it comes to the environment and social awareness.
