      Salary was competitive for the role

      Cons

      High workload and very limited work-life balance, with a noticeable gap between the job description and actual responsibilities. Management support outside of senior leadership lacks substainally. Compensation may not align with expectations given the demands of the role. Would not recommend as an employer to colleagues after my experience.

      As a consultant, I felt there could have been more support in helping employees transition to new internal opportunities after project assignments ended.
