They hire MBAs for Sales fastrack programme, with a route to Regional Manager. The programme is misleading & they just are hiring an Account Manager, for which they struggle to hire. Barely any LDP candidate makes it to Regional Manager role as they have hundreds of Account Manager waiting to be a Regional Manager since ages. You can’t expect a miracle in a year as they expect from LDP candidate.
