Pros
Decent health benefits. Encouraging, welcoming, helpful, and kind coworkers when management/owners are not present.
Cons
Management/owners have very high expectations. Everyone wants to do the best they can, but over time, it is very difficult to maintain this absurdly high level of productivity. Better time management and measure of success would be a great benefit. Very difficult to have a work-life balance. Most days there is too much to do done, which means staying late and/or coming in early. If you're not extremely passionate and giving a 110%, you will be replaced. This is one of their "motivational" speeches given at every team meeting. Quantity over quality mentality. Tons of meetings, tasks, and work has to be done quickly, which meant a lot of unhappy clients & tiny mistakes that could be avoided with proper time allotment and measurement of success. High turn-over rate of burnt-out employees. Does not accept constructive criticism Toxic, workaholic company culture Evaluations are not focused or based on your work, but rather on how dedicated you are to the brand and the company. They are very disappointed if you do not attend after-hour team activities/events. Again, this makes life-work balance very difficult. Very little room to move up in the company. A false sense of growing with the company. More interested in maintaining an attractive brand and bringing in as much revenue as possible, than creating a sustainable and healthy work environment.
