as my first experience , I'd say it offered me good learning opportunities , got to work on good projects , you feel that you have impact , the company legacy is good and I feel proud to be part of such company
Cons
Often I feel like I have no visibility in my growth within the company , I don't feel the recognition , often have to work overtime and stress to be "good" enough , in some teams there is high pressure and high stress , while some teams are chilling , no knowledge transfer , a lot of teammates gatekeep to not be replaced , you get promoted too slow and the compensation is poor , I can see that it was a good company but now it is going down the hill
