Pros
Highmark Residential has been a good company to work for. Management trusts their employees to make decisions and does not micromanage. Fellow co-workers and upper management are always pleasant.
Cons
I wish Highmark Residential would respect their employees time off with Sunday closures (which MOST property management teams do) and more holidays off (Christmas Eve, especially). Two years ago, the commission structure was changed which made a significant difference in pay. No raise was offered to offset this setback. Each year an employee should make more (or at least the same) but not less. Left alone on site makes me feel uncomfortable and unsafe in todays "climate."
