Cons
You are forced to sit at your desk 80% of the time. The management would rather have you sit staring at your desk than knowing whether you're doing a good job or not. The soc called flexible mentality of the company isn't true, as it depends on who you are and who you know. Some colleagues can work once a week from home, others two, others as much as they want. The work process is not structured, as most people do not know what they need to do or how to do it, but because they know the owner or are friends with the CEO, they can stay and enjoy a whole range of privileges. The company works in English, but if you'd find yourself quite lonely if you do not know any word of Limburg dialects...
