Small company, and pivots quickly. Tightknit teams. Great opportunity to try new things and new roles. Clients are wonderful.

You won't be appreciated for your work, in pay or otherwise. The teams are tightknit because they are often aligned against poor management. Leadership team provides poor direction, and are very reactive to internal and external factors. Your role will change repeatedly, often without notice or discussion.
