      Management doesn't know what you are doing ....flexibility

      Cons

      Weak management No accountability Extremely high employee turnover ( check linkedin. Absolutely no career growth plan Extremely high Client losses Slow pay, expenses. Salary only without merit or performance increases. Terrible health insurance plan.

      exposure to many company cultures intimate staff environment office location opportunity to work closely with upper management and learn

      bare minimum salary odd work culture dynamic traditional people at the top sacrifice nothing while others barely get by
