      1. Office Atmosphere is good 2. Office Colleagues are very supportive 3. there is plenty of projects to do for development and seo 4. Working freedom is there[but have to attend 9.30 hr in office]

      Cons

      1. No Saturday Leave is there 2. Working Time is longer than other IT Companies. 3. Leave Policy is bad.

      1. A lot of scope in learning new stuff. 2. Total creative control of one's work. 3. Supportive and encouraging Seniors.

      Cons

      1. Office space doesn't include sufficient area for sitting in the pantry for lunch. Though we have been assured of renovations. 2. Saturdays are a working day here!
