Pros
HighRes has a very good work atmosphere and has a great team across all departments. Some of the best things about HighRes are: -Higher management are open to hearing your ideas no matter your experience or position. -Most the team (in both Europe and the USA) are open to helping and will spend time to answer your questions. -They have quarterly company wide meetings that go over company plans and departmental announcements. -Supportive in helping staff members developed their skills and they provide a detailed training roadmap. -They are going through ongoing changes helping to improve services we offer as well as employee experience. -good reasonable salary -They encourage documenting info that can help others and have a large number of common processes documented
Cons
HighRes are driven to improve many of their shortcomings, however, they still have some. The main ones are: -Although, many processes are documented an issue I have noticed is there is morr than one place to look this can be confusing and can mean struggling through a problem that is documented but not accessible where you expect. (This is on and off the radar at the same time, everyone would love for this to be sorted but it is a big task!) -The current software management for the different software products are not in the same place. (As there are a few departments that access the source code for the software products one department may have plans for improving parts but other departments are not always informed of this) -In general different departments use different systems meaning common info spread across systems, however, there is no automated link to this info meaning it needs updating separately. (This is on the radar and there are already ideas to bring this under control) -Currently the support department has a high workload (although there are plans to resolve this in the near future).
