Cons
Sometimes the company tries moving a little too fast with product launches, and then after one issue everyone is left hustling trying to make changes very quickly. There has been a decent amount of turnover at the company, when things start to flow very well all of a sudden a couple of people are let go or voluntarily leave for new companies. With everyone on various timezones, you have to learn what times it's most efficient to be online so you can be available for your co-workers.
