Pros
working in midtown with great QSRs nearby? That's about it.
Cons
The culture was intolerable. Nobody spoke to their colleagues, only communicated on company chat. IMHO, 90% of the people I worked with were failing social climbers. The 2 execs were behind closed doors all day, and when they joined client status calls, made hilariously inflated promises to clients, leaving jr. level staff to "figure it out".
Hypercompetitive environment - as a Director, I was always being "one upped" by more junior people vying to get the CEOs affections.
Also, very weird to work on an open floor plan, where nobody spoke to one another, with one bathroom in the center of the floor. You could hear everything.
