      Pros

      Work on lots of different games, very little crunch (for designers at least), good location near Chicago, nice office, open kitchen, food, work-from-home during Covid-19, big bonus check last year.

      You work on variety of projects (sometimes they are not glamorous)

      Pros

      Work on variety of games, suburban location, open kitchen, nice office, good coworkers, lots of freedom, good work hours, not much crunch. Overall great place to work.

      Cons

      Work for hire studio makes things in tough scenarios. Does not always focus on quality of product over other factors.
