      - Great product niche - CEO/marketing/broadcasters/hr is great at their job

      Cons

      - CTO is a bad manager/troll and a co-founder at that - slow bad innovation of product -- this company could've been worth something a year ago - employees like the CTO ruined it - a Previous co-founder left

      Pros

      Good hard working environment, casual, lots of young males in their 20s and 30s. Definitely a social group with a work hard mentality.

      Cons

      All attention on the product side and not the business side - led to one of the co-founders leaving the company. Poor communication with it's employees - you'll get pumped for ideas and get no career or financial credit.
