Be careful. Many of the reviews on Glassdoor are inaccurate. Reviews are assigned to employees and followed up on to ensure they reflect well on the company. Very little diversity. Disjointed management and enforcement of company policies. No work-life balance. This may vary among managers and by project. Below average compensation. Lack of support for professional development. Not a friendly work environment for women, despite working with women's advocacy group. Experienced serious harassment by manager for years and received no support when addressed with senior managers and HR.
