      The people are amazing and hard working. Direct supervisor was great to work for.

      Cons

      The company doesn't care about the safety and happiness of their workers. They see mental illness as a way to make money, they don't see the people. Its a hard job with no appreciation or incentives.

      Very nice people, everyone cares about the health of their patients, dedicated to alleviating health disparities.

      Cons

      Very low pay, hourly pay for most jobs, micro management is usually expressed across the company.
