Salary and bonuses are not performance related. You could work above and beyond all year, repeatedly exceeding expectation, and would get the same bonus as somebody who just got by.

From the minute you walk through the door you get a sense of friendly and caring culture. People work hard and look out for one another. I’ve worked at other firms but this one genuinely lives up to its values.
