It's a tight-knit team that has a tendency to dog pile onto issues and share lots of information. The amount of communication can be overwhelming at times.

Hidden Level operates in a fascinating and innovative space. The people I interacted with were smart, mission-oriented, and clearly dedicated to their craft. The conversations showed genuine passion for the work and its impact.

The hiring process lacked closure and transparency. Despite the position being listed as remote, the repeated focus on proximity to Washington, D.C. suggested a different preference. After investing significant time across multiple interviews and tailored submissions, there was no follow-up or professional courtesy extended. For candidates, that silence translates into wasted effort, uncertainty, and a loss of trust in the organization’s stated values.
