Only a tiny percent of all sales reps hit quota each year, so don't be fooled by the big numbers. (I qualified for presidents club my first year and was always under quota each month.) Like most big corporate companies you often feel like just a number. The clients that I signed on often feel the same way as well. The job gets more and more stressful as you have to manage the marketing accounts of all of your clients while still trying to maintain consistent sales.
