Pros
Good products and great partnership with google. Hard work can be rewarded, but objectives are very hard. They invest a lot if time into the training of new sales reps.
Cons
Senior management. Being owned by a bank, hard to achieve bonus structure for reps and managers. Not streamlined on a company philosophy of message. Inability to realize print in dead. The newer division of reps is very odd. BDR reps have extremely hard quotas and are forced to sell garbage to hit their goals. They do not do what's right for the customer. There are some great people that I have encountered; but on a whole senior management are genuinely not good human beings. No one is sure if they will have a job when they wake up everyday, that is an awful feeling.
