A strong, fast-growing company that has strong ethics and values their employees. It is a great place to work if you like challenges.

Although the challenge is rewarding, there is a lot to do and hours are more then normal.

Teamwork and working as a cohesive unit. The hours are good and the bosses are friendly. This should meet the word limit at this point.

Lack of transparency from corporate office. The pay is not necessarily commensurate with experience and there are no such things as performance reviews.
