Pros

Good money and decent benefits. I liked everyone I worked with in the Woodland office. The work can be really rewarding seeing new homes be built for people that otherwise thought they couldnt afford it.

Cons

Construction is a stressfull field, and the HiLine program can make it even more stressful because so much of the work is put back on the customer. This causes a lot of angry, frustrated and confused customers constantly barking at you.

Pros

Terrific Owners, Great compensation for sales, Tagged vehicle allowance, Helpful management

Cons

Work-Life balance is hard for sales reps as they are 100% commission and miss out on daily leads when taking time off.

Pros

You can make a ton of money if you hit your sales goals. Decent commission structure that encourages you to hustle and make sales. Very satisfying job helping people build their home and walking them through the process of choosing what works best for them. Upper management is solid and isn't always breathing down your neck and micro managing you. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Not a whole lot of cons, with any 100% commission job you have to learn to manage money well. After a year or two your pipeline is seasoned enough to have a decent continuity of sales.
