New building, nice offices, some people are OK

Salaries are lower than low, I mean McDonalds level low.

Fair approach of superiors, overall pleasant working environment, very interesting work, modern facilities, smaller number of employees with a very friendly atmosphere. Colleagues like to meet and have nice relationships.

Some of the management decision making could be quicker, but being a semi-academic environment, I'm glad that management is open to continually working on themselves and we are well ahead of the curve compared to other scientific institutions.
