      - best place to learn sales and survival techniques - owner recognises your efforts - If you wish to learn, you have many things to get from Mr Prem syal - innovation and market competition score is 110 percent

      Cons

      - its not an MNC, you need to be on toes always and everyday is a new game - middle management is loyal but not employee friendly

      Above market salaries - by the way that's their compulsion as they don't get people to join them. Just imagine how reputed they would be in the industry.
