The company truly does have a life long career opportunity with many areas to grow into. I was first hired as a marketing assistant and grew into a marketing manager role, and recently moved into an executive coordinator of projects role in addition to managing our marketing efforts. For HI Tech Hui, the perfect candidate would be a forward thinker, with an ability to be flexible and adapt to everyday challenges. Ideal employees are ones that are looking for a place to grow, not just use as a stepping stone. I really think that a great fit for the team is someone who is willing to learn, try different techniques, and able to manage themselves. The leadership team trusts you to do your job and really does not want to micromanage their teams, though will if necessary. Ideal candidate has good communication skills, and is thinking 5 steps ahead with all situations. For a smaller company they have spent a lot of time and energy putting great foundations in place for the company to grow successfully.
