Micro management (20 years exp. doesn't matter, do as management says with no opinions or questions). Not in tune with employees (say anything get hauled into the office and get written up). Absolute disregard for emplyees (if you don't like it leave). Absolutely no pay increase except for management (some people in the mill got 2% last year though). Benefit costs doubled last year and coverage reduced. As you can imagine moral is zero!!!
