Staff are abusive towards workers especially ones who have worked there so long.place is unprofessional I would not recommend unless you want to go home drained everyday

Pros

I gained real experience running a full sales territory from the ground up — prospecting, cold calling, follow-ups, and customer service. The role taught me strong habits around discipline, time management, and accountability since it’s completely commission-based. I liked the independence of managing my own route and building genuine relationships with business owners in different industries. Hi-Line provides solid training, product support, and a clear structure for growing a territory if you put in the work. Every day felt different, and I learned how to create value through service and reliability, not just price.

Cons

The 100% commission structure can be tough early on. Income takes time to build and depends heavily on customer retention. The workload can be demanding, especially when managing inventory, service, and full sales cycles. It’s not ideal if you’re looking for a guaranteed income or a predictable schedule, especially in the first year.
